Took great care of me and the car when I needed some repairs done under warranty - car was fixed and back home in 48 hours. They even popped the heater on for me when I picked it up! Left us this review on Google recently: A massive thank you to Sam and the whole team for going above and beyond—seriously, if there were medals for customer service, these guys would have a trophy shelf! After I bought my vehicle, the turbo decided to tap out early, but Sam didn’t leave me stranded. They arranged towing (no small feat) to Jr Auto Service in Archerfield, where the turbo and intercooler were replaced—an epic rescue mission for my car. As if that wasn’t enough, when I had to follow up with a couple of minor issues, the Cheap Car Co legends kindly replaced the battery at no extra cost. I was honestly blown away—people say “extra mile” a lot, but these folks practically ran a marathon for me. To Sam and the team: thank you for the kindness, and the free-of-charge battery! You guys have officially earned a customer for life.
